Ale Möller returns to Gotland this summer for a tour
Multiple Grammy winner and multi-musician Ale Möller is coming back to Gotland to give four concerts this summer. Ale Möller is known for creating his own musical landscape based on musical traditions from different parts of the world. He is a musician and storyteller who spreads joy both on and off the stage. This is a unique opportunity for music lovers to experience Ale Möller's fantastic musical journey. The tickets for the concerts will be released on Thursday 29 February via nortic.se.
"One of the highlights of last summer was when we got to come to Gotland, not just the island itself, but the reception from the audience which was overwhelming. We decided straight away that we wanted to come back and now we've been told that's the case, so we'll do it again!” says Ale Möller enthusiastically.
Ale Möller is an internationally recognized artist with star status not only in Sweden but also on the big festival stages around the world. Multiple Grammy winner, certified legend and professor. It started with a trumpet and a youthful relationship with jazz. It continued in a hot love affair with Greek music and then a deep adult relationship with Swedish folk music. He is a multi-instrumentalist who plays a wide range of instruments, from mandola and accordion to flute, dulcimer and cow horn. But above all, Ale Möller is a musician who works his way into the source code of the traditional music he encounters, be it a Greek rembetiko or a stubborn Swedish Polish.
Together with his fellow musicians, Ale Möller offers harmonies, rhythms and anecdotes from all corners of the world, collected during a long and exciting life in the service of music.
